New Environmentally Resposible State-of-the-Art Docks and Marina

Forever Resorts, in partnership with the National Park Service, Lake Mead National Recreation Area announces the development of the nation's first floating "green" building
Please join us at Cottonwood Cove Marina for the dock christening ceremony of the new, environmentally sensitive floating structure that will serve Forever Resorts guest for boat rental administration and marina services.
The new green building is set to replace a 30-year-old structure and will now provide mooring for more than 220 vessels. The new docks, made of recycled steel and plastics, are already in, powered and ready to get you to your boat.
The floating eco-friendly structure features sustainable modular construction and state-of-the-art energy-efficient and environmentally responsible materials, fixtures and operations practices.
In partnership with the National Park Service, Cottonwood Cove Resort & Marina strives to attain the highest LEED certification possible. Leed certification, overseen by the U.S. Green Building Council, is the "nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operation of high performance green buildings".
